Jill has lived in Ithaca for more than 37 years and has been selling here since 2002. She leads the top-producing Jill Burlington Team at Warren Real Estate, and in 2025 was again recognized as a Top Producing Agent with over $30 million in individual sales while leading a team to over $54 million in total sales.
Her average sale price and list-to-sale ratios consistently outperform local and company averages. Clients come to her for strategic negotiation, precise pricing and a level of attention to detail that keeps a transaction moving from first showing to closing day.
Born and raised in Ithaca, Garrett returned home after a decade in New York City and joined his mother Jill's team. He graduated from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State, majoring in Financial Risk Management, and played varsity football from 2009 to 2012.
Before real estate he worked as a management consultant for EY and Accenture, then led partnership teams for top US telecom companies. He is now one of the top agents at Warren Real Estate.
When Garrett is not selling homes he is on the golf course, cooking, working through the Finger Lakes wine list, watching football or travelling with his wife.
